Job Description

We are seeking a talented and dedicated Chef to join our dynamic kitchen team. As a Chef, you will play a crucial role in preparing and presenting high-quality dishes, ensuring consistency and excellence in every plate.

Key Responsibilities
  • Prepare and cook dishes according to the café's standards and recipes.
  • Assist the Head Chef and Sous Chef in daily kitchen operations.
  • Maintain a clean and organized workstation.
  • Ensure compliance with food safety and hygiene standards.
  • Train and mentor junior kitchen staff.
  • Collaborate with the team to develop new menu items.
Requirements
  • Minimum 1 year of proven experience as a Chef or similar role.
  • Strong knowledge of cooking techniques and kitchen equipment.
  • Ability to work in a fast‑paced environment.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
