Chef (1300 AED per month) - Abu-Dhabi
We are currently looking for a talented and experienced Chef to join our team in Abu-Dhabi. The ideal candidate should have at least 5 years of experience in a professional kitchen and be highly knowledgeable about international cuisine.
Responsibilities:
- Plan and prepare meals according to daily menus
- Supervise kitchen staff and delegate tasks accordingly
- Ensure that all culinary standards are met
- Create new recipes and menus for the restaurant
- Monitor food stocks and place orders when necessary
- Maintain a clean and sanitary work environment in accordance with health regulations
- Manage kitchen operations, including financial activities such as budgeting, cost control, etc.
Requirements:
- 5+ years of experience as Chef in a professional kitchen
- Knowledgeable about international cuisines and techniques
- Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
- Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment
- Demonstrated leadership skills with the ability to motivate team members
