PharmaCare is seeking an experienced casual Barista who thrives in a fast‑paced environment for our corporate office in Warriewood. No weekend work, hours are generally 7am - 3.30pm. The main responsibilities of the role will be:
- Day‑to‑day running of the coffee machine
- Receiving the orders through the Pharma‑bean ordering app and advising employees when they can come and collect
- Making smoothies
- Overseeing winter soups and casseroles
- Responsible for tidying up after each shift, ensuring the area is left clean and tidy
- Milk orders for the next day & bringing the milk delivery inside each morning
- Ordering coffee beans, frozen fruit (for smoothies), protein/chocolate powders and disposable cups
- Ensuring the coffee machine is cleaned correctly and left tidy after each shift
- Providing excellent customer service
- Works effectively with staff and colleagues
- Other adhoc duties as required from time to time
You are passionate about making consistently good coffee, have a friendly and bubbly personality, and can work autonomously without direct supervision.
