About the Role

As a Simulator Trainer/Checker, you will be responsible for delivering high‑quality training and checking in accordance with our CASA‑approved training programs. This includes:

  • Conducting operator conversion , command upgrade , recurrent , and remedial simulator training and checking.
  • Contributing to the development and delivery of ground training , where required.
  • Upholding company standards by teaching and promoting approved procedures and policies.
  • While this is primarily a ground‑based role, opportunities to fly operationally may be available for the right candidate.

Location: Brisbane, Melbourne, or Sydney

Qualifications & experience
  • Current or previous B737 type rating (Classic or NG).
  • Experience as a CASA Flight Examiner , or as a Part 217 / Part 121 simulator trainer/checker .
  • Proven instructional skills and a passion for aviation safety and training.
