As a Café / Restaurant Manager, you will be responsible for:- Consulting with our Chefs to plan menus.
- Organisation and planning of events and special functions.
- Overseeing the purchasing and pricing of goods in line with budget.
- Ensure accurate maintenance of stock levels and financial transactions.
- Ensuring our venues’ premium dining facilities comply with all health regulations and deliver an exquisite dining experience for our guests.
- Maximise client satisfaction with meals, beverages and service.
- Selecting, training, and supervising team members in our kitchen and wait staff.
- Engaging with customers regarding concerns, complaints, and queries in a professional manner.
- Ensuring company policies, procedures, and values are followed by staff.
- Oversee rostering and staff shifts.
- Training and educating staff.
- Ensuring compliance with OH&S, Liquor Licensing, and other regulatory requirements.
- Formal qualifications with at least 1 year of relevant full-time employment experience; or in the absence of qualifications, a minimum of 3 years’ relevant employment experience.
- A strong focus on delivering efficient and effective customer service.
- Punctuality, strong leadership, and excellent organisational skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team to achieve business goals.
- Access to reliable transport.
