We are opening Melbourne's newest rooftop destination; Cleo. Opening this December, Cleo will bring Eastern Mediterranean flavours and old-world cooking techniques to life, set within a new modern space to celebrate every season. The rooftop of Hyde Melbourne Place will be transformed with warm tones, long tables, generous spaces for relaxed communal dining and an all-new Mediterranean-inspired food and beverage menu.
Key Responsibilities- Craft exceptional cocktails, from timeless classics to signature rooftop creations
- Deliver warm, genuine, and professional service in a fast-paced environment
- Support bar setup and pack down, ensuring the workspace is clean, organised, and fully stocked
- Share your knowledge of beverages, flavours and pairings with guests
- Collaborate closely with the Front of House team to ensure seamless service
- Uphold Cleo’s high standards of presentation, quality and guest experience
- Minimum 1 year of experience as a bartender in a high-volume or premium venue.
- Strong knowledge of spirits, wine, cocktails and bar techniques.
- Confident and engaging interpersonal skills with a guest-focused approach.
- Excellent time management and the ability to work efficiently under pressure.
- Current Victorian RSA Certificate
- Availability to work evenings, weekends, and public holidays
