W Brisbane, located at 81 North Quay, Brisbane City QLD 4000, is hiring part-time bartenders for our iconic venues: WET Deck - our vibrant poolside bar where luxury meets leisure and offers breathtaking views of the city skyline; The Lex - our signature restaurant inspired by the spirit and verve of New York City; and Living Room Bar - W Brisbane’s signature cocktail destination and vibrant social epicentre.
- Providing excellent guest service that is engaging, personal and attentive.
- Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages to customers.
- Maintain a clean and organized bar area, including washing glassware and utensils.
- Monitor and manage inventory levels, restocking supplies as needed.
- Handle cash and card transactions, ensuring accurate billing and change handling.
- Previous knowledge of cocktails, wines and beers.
- Experience in making cocktails.
