Join the passionate and talented team at Plenty Views' as a Bartender. In this full‑time position, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and crafting delicious cocktails in our vibrant, scenic venue located in Plenty, VIC 3090.
What you’ll be doing- Preparing and serving a wide variety of alcoholic and non‑alcoholic beverages to patrons
- Maintaining a clean, organised and well‑stocked bar area
- Providing attentive and friendly customer service to ensure a positive dining experience
- Adhering to all relevant liquor licensing laws and company policies
- Assisting with bar inventory and ordering supplies as needed
- Contributing to a positive team culture and supporting your colleagues
- Previous experience as a Bartender or similar role in the hospitality industry
- Excellent customer service skills and a passion for the bar and beverage industry
- Strong knowledge of a wide range of cocktails, spirits, wines and beer
- Ability to work efficiently and multitask in a fast‑paced environment
- Responsible Service of Alcohol (RSA) certification
- Enthusiasm, reliability and a positive, team‑oriented attitude
