Job Description

At BB’s Bar we pride ourselves on creating memorable moments for every guest — whether it’s a casual catch‑up, pre‑event drink, or late‑night unwind. We’re looking for an energetic and passionate Bartender to bring their flair for service and love for mixology to our team.

What You’ll Do

• Deliver warm, attentive, and professional service to every guest.
• Prepare and serve a wide range of beverages — from classic cocktails to craft beers and fine wines.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, ensuring compliance with hygiene and safety standards.
• Assist in stock management — including ordering, rotating, and restocking beverages and supplies.
• Create a welcoming and upbeat atmosphere that reflects the vibrant energy of BB’s Bar.
• Handle cash and POS transactions accurately and efficiently.
• Work collaboratively with the Food & Beverage team to ensure seamless service across the venue.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in a bar or hospitality environment (hotel bar experience a plus).
• RSA certification (Responsible Service of Alcohol) – essential.
• A passion for delivering exceptional guest experiences.
• Strong knowledge of spirits, wines, cocktails, and bar operations.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Availability to work evenings, weekends, and event nights.
• A proactive, team-oriented attitude with a genuine smile.
