The Role
Located in the heart of the hotel, the Lobby Lounge is an intimate, casual and elegant space. As a bartender, you will be responsible for the service and preparation of wine, beers, spirits, cocktails and coffees. You will have the opportunity to develop cocktails using unique ingredients and methods.
Ideal Candidate
- Previous bar and service experience in a similar environment
- Strong knowledge of classic cocktails
- Barista skills an advantage
- Ability to work autonomously and thrive in a dynamic environment
- Availability to work minimum 2 days per week on a rotating 7‑day roster (including daytime, evening and weekend shifts)
- Current NSW RSA
- Full working rights in Australia
