Responsibilities

Applicants should be able to pour and mix drinks to a high standard. All bartenders are expected to run food and clear tables as required.

Schedule & Compensation

Shifts are predominantly late night with 3am or 4am closing times. Please only apply if you can work through the Christmas period, including Boxing Day and New Year's Eve. Up to 38 hrs a week available during this period with award wages and penalty rate paid.

Qualifications & Personality

An interest in sports would help, but a positive personality is key. Backpackers welcomed to apply with a minimum 3‑month commitment.
