The successful candidate will be responsible for preparing and serving coffee drinks, providing excellent customer service, maintaining a clean and organized work area, and other related duties. Duties & Responsibilities:
- Prepare coffee drinks according to company recipes
- Greet customers warmly and take orders accurately
- Ensure consistent quality of all beverages served
- Maintain cleanliness of work area at all times
- Provide excellent customer service
- Perform other duties as assigned by management
Qualifications & Requirements:
- Previous experience as a Barista is preferred but not required (especially for foreigners)
- Passion for coffee making and customer service excellence
- Ability to work independently or as part of a team
- Excellent communication skills in English (verbal and written)
- Ability to stand for long periods during shifts
