Job Summary: We are looking for a barista to join our team in El-Ain. The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering an exceptional coffee experience to our customers. This position requires a friendly, customer-focused individual who is able to work within a team environment. The barista will be expected to ensure that quality standards are met and that all customers receive prompt, courteous service. The salary offered for this position is 1700 per month. We are also open to considering an immigrant for this role.
Responsibilities
- Deliver an exceptional coffee experience to customers and ensure prompt, courteous service.
- Maintain high quality standards in beverage preparation and service.
- Work effectively within a team environment and collaboratively with colleagues.
Qualifications
- Excellent customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively with customers from all backgrounds.
- Experience in preparing and serving coffee; knowledge of brewing methods and basics of latte art is advantageous.
- Understanding of food safety regulations and proper hygiene practices.
- Positive attitude and strong work ethic; ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Multitasking skills and the ability to remain calm under pressure.
