Barista

Three Bananas Espresso Pty Ltd – Maryland NSW

We are seeking an enthusiastic and skilled Barista to join our vibrant new café and team at Three Bananas Espresso in Maryland, NSW. As a Barista, you will be responsible for preparing high-quality coffee and beverages for our customers in a fast-paced café environment. This is a full-time role with a competitive salary. Consideration for part time employment will also be provided for the right applicant.

What you'll be doing

• Preparing a range of espresso-based drinks, including lattes, cappuccinos, and flat whites, to the highest standards
• Providing excellent customer service and ensuring a positive experience for all customers
• Maintaining a clean and organised work area, including the proper maintenance of coffee equipment
• Collaborating with the team to ensure efficient and smooth operation

What we’re looking for

• Proven experience as a Barista, with a great understanding of coffee preparation and a passion for the craft
• Minimum of 6-12 months barista experience is required for this position
• Strong customer service skills and a friendly, professional demeanour
• Excellent attention to detail and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
• Availability to work occasional weekends is essential
• A positive attitude and a willingness to work collaboratively as part of our new team
• Australian permanent residency is required for this role
