We’re Hiring: Experienced Barista
THE CUP is looking for a skilled and reliable Barista to join our fast‑paced team in Dubbo. We’re a busy café, so you must be able to maintain top quality while working quickly under pressure .
Requirements:- Minimum 2 years’ experience as a main barista
- Strong technical skills in espresso extraction, milk texturing, and latte art
- Excellent customer service and communication skills
- Positive attitude and strong teamwork — being a team player is essential
- Reliable, punctual, and committed to high standards
- 10–35 hours per week, depending on performance and availability
- Pay rate increases with skill, speed, and reliability
- Ongoing training opportunities for those who show initiative and passion for coffee
