We are seeking a friendly and experienced Barista to join our team at PARX COFFEE HOUSE in Gregory Hills, NSW. This is a part‑time position, offering the opportunity to work in a vibrant and fast‑paced environment serving high‑quality coffee and beverages to our customers.
What you'll be doing- Preparing and serving a variety of coffee and specialty drinks to our customers
- Operating and maintaining coffee machines and other equipment to ensure consistently great results
- Providing excellent customer service and creating a positive experience for our patrons
- Adhering to strict hygiene and food safety standards
- Restocking and organizing supplies as needed
- Supporting the wider café team as required
- Previous experience as a Barista, ideally in a similar fast‑paced environment
- Strong knowledge of coffee preparation methods and equipment
- Excellent customer service skills and the ability to work well in a team
- Reliable, punctual and able to work a flexible schedule, including weekends
