As a Barista, you will be at the heart of our fast-paced breakfast buffet and vibrant Café Orr, delivering high-quality coffee and warm, professional service. You will craft exceptional beverages while maintaining efficiency, consistency, and a genuine passion for guest satisfaction.
The Role- Prepare and serve a full range of espresso-based and specialty coffee beverages to 5-star standards
- Operate in a high-volume, fast-paced environment, especially during peak breakfast service
- Maintain a clean, organised, and efficient workstation at all times
- Assist in restocking and rotating suppliesProvide warm, attentive, and personalised service to every guest
- Work collaboratively with the wider Food & Beverage team
- Uphold the hotel’s luxury service standards and brand values
- Strong, proven barista experience in a fast-paced café or hotel environment
- Excellent knowledge of espresso extraction, milk texturing, and coffee presentation
- A passion for hospitality and a genuine commitment to exceptional guest service
- The ability to stay calm, efficient, and professional under pressure
- Strong communication skills and a positive team attitude
- Flexibility to work early mornings, weekends, and public holidays.
