Barista – Mccafé

Reports To: Shift Supervisor / Store Manager

We are seeking an experienced and enthusiastic Barista to join the McCafé team at McDonald's Alice Springs. You'll be responsible for crafting quality espresso beverages, maintaining a clean and organised workspace, and delivering friendly, efficient customer service in a fast-paced café environment.

· Prepare espresso-based drinks and specialty coffees using commercial coffee machines.

· Operate coffee grinders, blenders, and POS systems efficiently.

· Serve customers promptly with accuracy and professionalism.

· Replenish stock, condiments, and café supplies throughout the shift.

· Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of coffee machines and work areas.

· Follow McDonald's and McCafé beverage standards and presentation guidelines.

· Assist other crew members during peak periods when required.

· years of barista experience in a high-volume café or restaurant preferred.

· Understanding of espresso extraction and milk texturing techniques.

· Basic barista or food safety training desirable.

· Excellent communication and time management skills.

· Positive attitude and ability to work well under pressure.

· Flexible availability including weekends and public holidays.
