We’re looking for Baristas who know their way around an espresso machine and can deliver awesome service with a smile.
As an A3 Barista, you’ll be crafting quality coffees, teas and more keeping things running smoothly behind the counter while creating a welcoming experience for every customer. You’ll take orders, suggest fun drink customisations, handle transactions, and keep your workspace clean and organised.
You’ll bring your passion for coffee, attention to detail, and friendly energy, and we’ll bring the training and support to help you grow your skills and progress within A3.

Key Responsibilities- Prepare and serve a range of food and beverages to A3 standards while operating coffee equipment safely and efficiently.
- Deliver friendly, professional service by taking orders, processing payments, and assisting customers with their selections.
- Maintain cleanliness, hygiene, and food safety across all work areas and equipment.
- Monitor and restock ingredients and supplies to ensure smooth daily operations.
- Work collaboratively with the team, supporting training, and following all workplace health and safety procedures.
- Previous experience as a barista or in a food & beverage role, ready to hit the ground running
- Skilled at preparing and serving food and drinks independently with quality and consistency
- Friendly, customer-focused, and able to create a great experience
- Quick, efficient, and comfortable working in a fast-paced team environment
- Reliable, flexible, and confident handling POS transactions with excellent communication skills
