Kumo Brewhouse is seeking a dedicated and experienced barista who has a genuine passion for specialty coffee and hospitality to join our team for our upcoming new café.

Your day‑to‑day:

• Prepare espresso, filter, and specialty beverages with skill and precision.
• Maintain equipment, calibrations, and cleanliness to professional standards.
• Engage warmly with guests, providing genuine and attentive service.

Our ideal candidate will have:

• Proven experience as a barista in a high‑volume or specialty coffee venue.
• Minimum of 2 years' experience working with specialty coffee.
• Deep knowledge of coffee — from extraction and milk texturing to bean profiles and brew ratios.
• Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate a small team.
• Pride in presentation, efficiency, and customer experience.
• The ability to stay calm and composed in a fast‑paced environment.
• Flexibility to work early mornings, weekends, and public holidays as required.
• Knowledge of food safety regulations.
