Job Title: Barista - El-Ain
Salary: 1100 per month
Location: El-Ain, UAE
We are currently looking for an experienced and customer service focused Barista to join our team in El-Ain. The successful candidate will have excellent interpersonal and communication skills, be knowledgeable about coffee and tea varieties and preparation techniques, and be passionate about providing a great customer experience.
The main duties of the Barista position include:
- Prepare drinks such as coffee, tea, espresso, cappuccino and latte using high-end coffee machines
- Serve customers with exceptional hospitality and efficiency
- Take orders from customers accurately and efficiently
- Ensure the cleanliness of all utensils used in preparation of drinks
- Keep the café clean and organized at all times
- Follow standard operating procedures for preparing beverages according to company standards
- Provide excellent customer service by responding quickly to customer inquiries
Qualifications & Experience:
- At least 2 years of experience working as a barista at a reputable café or restaurant is required
- Knowledgeable about various types of teas, coffees, herbs, spices etc. is preferred
- Possess strong organizational skills to ensure smooth workflow in a busy cafe environment
- Ability to multi-task under pressure while maintaining high standards for quality control
- Immigrant status is welcomed
