Overview
We’re looking for a coffee lover with a passion for exceptional customer service who can work fulltime morning shifts. You will be working in a fast-paced environment where your barista skills can shine. You will be preparing and serving hot and cold beverages whilst maintaining a clean and organised workspace.
Responsibilities- Work at the coffee station preparing and serving beverages for customers.
- Support front-line operations: greet customers, take orders, and clear tables.
- Roll burritos, restock fridges, basic food preparation, and contribute to team operations.
- Learn and perform other roles across the team to support a busy operation.
- Experience as a barista (helpful but not essential).
- Willingness to be coached, eager to learn, and able to follow through with tasks.
- A positive can-do attitude and reliability.
- 1+ year barista experience (preferred).
- Outstanding communication and guest service skills.
- Previous qualification as a barista is highly regarded.
