Are you passionate about great coffee and warm hospitality? We’re looking for an experienced Front of House Manager / Barista to lead our café’s daily operations, deliver exceptional customer service, and help create a welcoming environment for our community.
What You’ll Do- Lead and support the front‑of‑house team to ensure smooth daily service
- Prepare high‑quality espresso‑based and specialty beverages consistently
- Maintain a friendly, professional atmosphere for guests and staff
- Train and supervise FOH staff
- Manage inventory, assist with ordering, and stock rotation
- Ensure cleanliness and compliance with food safety standards
- Handle customer feedback with confidence and care
- Assist with opening and/or closing procedures
- Previous barista experience (1–2 years minimum)
- Experience in a supervisory or leadership role (preferred)
- Strong communication and people‑management skills
- A passion for coffee, customer service, and team culture
- Ability to multitask and stay calm in a fast‑paced environment
- Reliability, punctuality, and a hands‑on work ethic
