Position Summary

We are looking for an experienced barista to elevate our guests' coffee experience. This role is key to delivering high-quality beverages in a dynamic, high-volume setting.

The Role

• Prepare and serve high‑quality espresso, coffee, and specialty beverages with precision and attention to detail.
• Engage with guests to understand their preferences, provide recommendations, and ensure a positive and memorable experience.
• Thrive in a high‑volume setting by efficiently managing orders and maintaining a clean and organized workspace.
• Work closely with restaurant colleagues to coordinate beverage service and enhance overall guest satisfaction.
• Ensure that all beverages meet our quality standards, consistently monitoring and adjusting the coffee‑making process for optimal results.
• Perform closing duties, including storing reusable goods, breaking down items, cleaning equipment and areas, returning equipment to proper locations, locking refrigerators, restocking items, turning off lights, locking doors, and completing the daily cleaning checklist.
• Follow policies and procedures for the safe operation and storage of tools, equipment, and machines.

Talent Profile

• Proven experience as a barista in a high‑traffic environment.
• Knowledge of coffee varieties, brewing methods, and latte art.
• Strong knowledge of beverage and cocktail preparation techniques and recipes.
• Ability to work efficiently under pressure and handle a fast‑paced environment.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• Flexibility to work mornings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
• Good command of written and spoken English.
• Valid working rights in Australia.
