Curly's on the Corner is a busy and long-established cafe located in Curl Curl, we are seeking a passionate barista all rounder to join our team. This is a full time hours role with a weekends required. Close to the beach, loved by locals and with strong focus on Australian breakfast cuisine, Curly's offers a great lifestyle on the Northern Beaches coupled with a fun and easy- going team environment.
Ideally, the candidate will have a passion for hospitality, and a desire to learn and progress. In addition, they will be a person of integrity with a strong work ethic, high standards and the ability to handle a fast-paced work environment. Being a team player is essential.
As a barista, you will be expected to have the skills and understanding of brew ratio's, standard machinery, latte art, and grind adjustments.
In addition, it will be necessary to take customer orders, make juices and smoothies, clear tables etc when required.
6am starts and weekend availability essential. We use Paradox Coffee

Pay: $31.19 – $38.00 per hour
Expected hours: 35 – 40 per week
