We’re on the lookout for a skilled and enthusiastic Barista to join our team in a bustling office building café located in the heart of Docklands.

- 2-3 years of relevant work experience required for this role
This is a dynamic position ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys delivering excellent coffee and customer service. You’ll be the face of our café, serving professionals throughout the day and helping with general café operations.
Key Responsibilities:- Prepare and serve high-quality coffee and other beverages
- Provide friendly and efficient customer service
- Assist with food prep, cleaning, and restocking
- Operate POS systems and handle cash/card transactions
- Support general café duties and contribute to a smooth daily operation
- Proven experience as a barista (minimum 1 year preferred)
- Strong knowledge of coffee equipment and techniques
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Ability to multitask and work independently
- Reliable, punctual, and well-presented
- Must be available for weekday shifts
- Work in a vibrant office building with a steady flow of regular customers
- Supportive team environment
- Daytime hours only – no late nights!
