Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site Barista position located in Sydney, NSW. The Barista will be responsible for preparing and serving high-quality coffee beverages and other menu items, ensuring customer satisfaction, and maintaining cleanliness and organization in the café. Additional tasks include assisting with food preparation, handling transactions, and fostering a welcoming environment for all patrons.
Qualifications- Strong Interpersonal Skills and Communication abilities to engage with customers and team members effectively.
- Proficiency in Barista skills, including knowledge of coffee preparation techniques and equipment operation.
- Customer Service skills to provide a friendly and personable experience for all café visitors.
- Experience in Food Preparation and handling to support the kitchen and quality food service.
- Attention to detail, reliability, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment are highly valued.
- Prior experience in a similar role is preferred but not mandatory.
