We are looking for a skilled and passionate Barista / Coffee Maker to join our team. The ideal candidate should have experience in preparing high-quality coffee and beverages, excellent customer service skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and serve a variety of hot and cold beverages, including espresso, lattes, cappuccinos, and teas.
• Ensure consistency in taste, quality, and presentation of all drinks.
• Operate and maintain coffee machines and other equipment.
• Take customer orders and process payments efficiently.
• Provide friendly and professional customer service.
• Keep the work area clean, organized, and compliant with health and safety regulations.
• Assist in managing inventory and restocking coffee supplies as needed.
• Work as part of a team to ensure smooth daily operations.

Qualifications

• Previous experience as a barista or in a similar role preferred.
• Strong knowledge of coffee-making techniques and equipment.
• Passion for coffee and customer service.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
• RSA certification (preferred but not required, depending on the role).
• Availability to work flexible hours.
