We are looking for friendly, reliable and skilled Baristas and Bartenders to join our growing hospitality team. This role will work across our café, bar and event spaces, so flexibility and a genuine enjoyment of people and providing a great experience is essential.
About the role- Making consistent, high quality coffee and beverages
- Preparing and serving drinks at the bar during service and events
- Assisting with general cafe and restaurant service
- Supporting functions and special events with professionalism and enthusiasm
- Maintaining high standards of cleanliness and presentation
- Providing excellent customer service with a positive attitude
- Working as part of a team and helping wherever needed
- Previous barista or bar experience preferred, however training provided for the right person
- Ability to work in a fast paced environment with attention to detail and initiative
- A warm, confident and people focused approach
- Strong work ethic, multitasking ability and willingness to learn
- Flexible availability, including weekends, evenings and event requirements
- Reliable, punctual and committed to great service
- RSA or willing to obtain required
