Avocado Lounge is a beachside specialty coffee café known for great vibes, friendly locals, and consistently excellent coffee. We’re looking for a skilled barista who’s passionate about quality, teamwork, and great service.
Equipment & TrainingWe use top-tier equipment — E80 grinder and EK, automatic scales and tamper, MVP Hydra, and a jug rinser — to keep workflow smooth and coffee consistent. You’ll also have the chance to learn from award-winning barista competition judges who provide in-house training and ongoing support.
Desired QualitiesWe’re after someone who takes pride in their craft, thrives in a busy but relaxed environment, and brings positive energy to every shift. Specialty coffee experience is preferred, but attitude and consistency matter most.
