- Join our Ladies and Gentlemen and supervise bar service, tending bar and exceeding guest expectations
- Prepare cocktails, mixed drinks and tailored beverages to guests
- Provide motivation and support to the bar team as a supervisor
- Plan and execute team-building activities for associates
- Ensure the outlet is adequately stocked and clean at all times
- Create memorable beverage experiences for guests
- Understand guest requirements and deliver service excellence with each customer experience
- Supervise the bar team in completing general operational tasks
- Build and strengthen relationships with guests to enable future bookings
- An up-to-date RSA
- Relevant experience in a similar role
