This role is for an Adventurous Duty Manager . Responsible for the daily operations of the venue and ensuring the delivery of outstanding customer service. This includes effectively allocating work to and supervising employees in all frontline areas, as well as maintaining and complying with all safety, stock and equipment procedures. Gaming experience and high service standards are key requirements for this role.

- At least 2+ years experience as a Duty Manager
- Strong work ethic and excellent communication skills
- Valid RSA and RSG certificates
- RMLV (or equivalent) is beneficial
- Passion for service and all things food and beverage
- Sound knowledge of the hotel industry and hospitality trends generally
- Ability to actively mentor and develop potential leaders within the team and foster an environment of growth and professionalism
- Ability to create, implement and monitor operational systems and procedures
- Strong communication skills and professionalism
- Can‑do attitude
- Staff management
- Customer enquiries and/or complaints handling
- Enforcing and advocating hotel policies and procedures
- Being a positive, team‑focused individual who leads by example
