- Full-Time: 5 days a week, with some weekend work required (salary will factor in weekend availability)

- Qualifications (Cert III) or trade experience equivalent in a fast-paced retail bakery
- While experience with pies isn't necessary, a flexible & adaptive hands‑on approach with a willingness to learn and develop your skills is a must
- The ability to thrive in a team environment, working with a range of ages and experience levels in a respectful and mature manner
- Experience in a high volume production environment with standards focused on quality
- A flexible and willing attitude, with clear communication and a hands‑on approach
- Pride in personal presentation and product presentation, as well as an eye for detail

- Prepare quality products following company recipes & yield guidelines according to set standards
- Adhere to procedures, policies and high standards at all times.
- Support and assist with the professional development of apprentices.
