Responsibilities- Prepare and send quotes, follow up on enquiries, and convert wedding and event leads.
- Manage the effective coordination & execution of weddings, events and meetings, using technology and straightforward thinking.
- Generate and manage Banquet Event Orders for upcoming weddings and events, demonstrating strong organisational skills.
- Coordinate on‑day wedding setups with the Banquet Operations team, with flexibility to work weekends as required to support event delivery.
- Implement targeted sales strategies to meet revenue goals and KPIs across weddings, social events, and the broader events portfolio.
- Deliver exceptional customer experiences by conducting personalized site visits and building lasting relationships with clients.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and complete required managerial tasks promptly and thoroughly.
- Minimum 2–3 years’ experience in event sales and planning role preferred.
- Hotel industry experience is preferred but not essential.
- Working rights in Australia.

- Impeccable communication across all levels and presentation skills.
- Demonstrated interpersonal, teamwork, customer service, and relationship management skills.
- Self‑motivated, driven and energetic in a fast‑paced environment.
