Successful Candidates Will Have- Previous experience in a supervisory or junior manager role.
- A willingness to go above and beyond with an eagerness to grow personally and professionally.
- Lead from the front with the team, on the floor, not in an office.
- Have a big picture approach while ensuring the daily deliverables are being met.
- Availability for weekend shifts and late nights.
- A passion for recruiting, training and developing talented individuals who will be the future leaders within the business.
