What You’ll DoSupport the Restaurant Manager in daily operations.
Take charge of operations during the Manager’s absence.
Support scheduling, timekeeping, and staff performance monitoring.
Ensure food quality, safety, and cleanliness standards are maintained.
Manage stock levels and assist with inventory control.
Handle customer interactions and resolve complaints when needed.
Monitor daily operations to ensure efficiency and profitability.
Motivate the team to achieve sales and service targets.
Step in wherever needed to keep the vibe upbeat and the service on point.
Prior experience in a supervisory role, preferably in fast food or retail.
Strong communication skills and a positive attitude.
Reliable, organized, and ready to roll up your sleeves.
Customer‑oriented mindset and problem‑solving abilities.
Someone who thrives in a fast‑paced, fun environment.
Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
Familiarity with POS and food delivery systems.
