About the RoleAs our Assistant Barista (2IC), you will:
- Support the Head Barista and wider bar team
- Help drive venue standards in line with the Venue Manager and Head Barista
- Contribute ideas and insights in collaborative team discussions
- Lead by example in maintaining high standards, workflow systems, and consistency
- Continue developing your professional skills within a growing hospitality group
We’re looking for someone who has:
- Minimum 2 years’ experience in a similar barista role
- Exceptional coffee‑making skills and genuine passion for hospitality
- Strong barista management skills (additional bar skills highly regarded)
- Advanced interpersonal, communication, and leadership abilities
- A proven track record of delivering outstanding customer experiences
- Competence in managing systems and software
- Current RSA certification
- Full working rights in Australia
