Job Description
  • Managing and growing a portfolio of client accounts, building strong long‑term relationships.
  • Translating customer needs into effective sales strategies and tailored proposals.
  • Handling queries, resolving issues, and ensuring smooth communication across teams.
  • Preparing quotes, processing sales orders, and delivering accurate forecasting.
  • Identifying upselling/cross‑selling opportunities to maximise account value.
  • Staying ahead of market trends, competitor activity, and product updates.
  • Collaborating with State and National Sales Managers on strategy and execution.
  • Delivering regular reporting on performance, retention, and pipeline metrics.
Qualifications
  • Proven success in account management and B2B sales, with a track record of growing revenue.
  • Strong knowledge of technical products, especially cabling, IT systems, and infrastructure.
  • Excellent communication and problem‑solving skills, confident handling escalations.
  • Proficiency with Google Suite is essential; JIM2 and Salesforce experience is a bonus.
  • A proactive mindset, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and customer touchpoints.

Salary Type: Annual Salary

Salary Range: A$ 80,000 – A$ 90,000 AUD
