Job Description- Managing and growing a portfolio of client accounts, building strong long‑term relationships.
- Translating customer needs into effective sales strategies and tailored proposals.
- Handling queries, resolving issues, and ensuring smooth communication across teams.
- Preparing quotes, processing sales orders, and delivering accurate forecasting.
- Identifying upselling/cross‑selling opportunities to maximise account value.
- Staying ahead of market trends, competitor activity, and product updates.
- Collaborating with State and National Sales Managers on strategy and execution.
- Delivering regular reporting on performance, retention, and pipeline metrics.
- Proven success in account management and B2B sales, with a track record of growing revenue.
- Strong knowledge of technical products, especially cabling, IT systems, and infrastructure.
- Excellent communication and problem‑solving skills, confident handling escalations.
- Proficiency with Google Suite is essential; JIM2 and Salesforce experience is a bonus.
