What You'll Be Doing
Backing up the Head Chef and keeping the kitchen humming
Leading the crew and helping everyone bring their A‑game
Throwing in ideas for specials and menus
Making sure every plate looks good and tastes even better
Keeping stock in check and wastage low
Running the show when the Head Chef takes a well‑deserved day off
What We're Looking For
Sous Chef / Exp Cook who's absolutely ready to level up
Minimum 2 years' experience as a Sous Chef or Experienced Chef in a pub/bistro cuisine environment
Someone cool under pressure (especially when the docket printer's going wild 😅)
A passion for quality ingredients and honest, hearty pub food
Good vibes, good work ethic, and reliability
Solid food‑safety know‑how
Food Handler Certificate can be obtained within 30 days of commencement
