About the role

Amici Restaurant in Caloundra, Queensland is seeking experienced waitstaff and bartenders to join their casual hospitality team. This is an exciting opportunity to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and contribute to the success of a popular local restaurant.

What you'll be doing

• Providing excellent customer service and ensuring a positive dining experience for all guests. This includes knowledgable table service!

• Taking and fulfilling food and drink orders efficiently

• Preparing and serving alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages

• Clearing and resetting tables in a timely manner

• Assisting with various food service duties as required

• Maintaining a clean and organised work area

• Adhering to all health, safety and licensing regulations

What we're looking for

• Previous experience in a similar waitstaff or bartender role, preferably in a restaurant or hospitality setting

• Minimum 1-2 years of hospitality experience is required for this position

• Strong customer service skills and the ability to provide a warm, friendly and professional experience

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

• Good organisational and multitasking abilities

• Flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including weekends and public holidays

• Candidates must be available to work evening shifts

• A current Responsible Service of Alcohol (RSA) certification

• Australian work rights are essential for this role
