Ensure guest needs and expectations are consistently met or exceeded by delivering efficient and professional service.
Lead by example through a high level of professionalism and service standards.
Address and resolve potential service issues promptly and effectively.
Coordinate with the kitchen team to maintain consistent food quality, efficient operations, and appealing presentation.
Perform all duties in alignment with the Company's Vision, Mission, and Values.
Management
Maintain excellent customer service standards through active supervision and guidance.
Develop staff performance through structured in-house training and development programs.
Ensure restaurant operations comply with company policies, standard operating procedures, and regulations set by local authorities and NEA.
Enforce discipline and ensure proper conduct among all staff members.
Foster a positive work environment and maintain high staff morale.
Manage labour effectively through proper manpower planning and monitoring of staff leave.
Ensure proper procedures are followed for receiving, checking, and storing inventory.
Handle administrative responsibilities and ensure timely submission of required reports and documents to Headquarters.
Sales and Finance
Take responsibility for the outlet's financial performance, including profit and loss, and implement effective cost control measures.
Maximise restaurant profitability by prioritising revenue growth while maintaining cost efficiency.
Ensure the security of cash and gift vouchers, approve cash claims, and maintain accurate financial records.
Verify the accuracy of sales collections, including timely banking of cash and processing of credit card payments.
