Join the R & R Hospitality Group and take the lead at two of Ettalong Beach's most vibrant dining destinations - Tiger Mama and Amalfi Ettalong. We're seeking an experienced and motivated Restaurant Manager to oversee both venues, ensuring exceptional guest experiences and smooth day‑to‑day operations.
About you- A minimum of 2 years' experience as a Restaurant Manager is required.
- At least a Diploma or higher in a relevant field.
- Excellent interpersonal communication skills.
- Strong leadership skills.
- Passion for delivering quality service.
- Oversee daily restaurant operations and ensure smooth service.
- Manage staff scheduling, training, and performance.
- Maintain high standards of food quality, hygiene, and customer service.
- Handle customer feedback and resolve issues promptly.
- Monitor stock levels, place orders, and control costs.
- Ensure compliance with safety, RSA, and workplace policies.
- Coordinate with kitchen and FOH teams for efficient service.
- Drive sales, promotions, and overall venue performance.
