As Restaurant Manager, you will be responsible for the overall daily operations of the restaurant, ensuring exceptional customer service, smooth service flow, and strong team leadership.

✅ Key Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day restaurant operations

• Lead, train, and motivate front-of-house staff

• Deliver outstanding customer service and handle guest feedback

• Manage staff rosters, shifts, and performance

• Maintain high standards of cleanliness, presentation, and compliance

• Work closely with the kitchen team for smooth service

• Control costs, monitor sales, and drive profitability

• Proven experience as a Restaurant Manager or Supervisor
