Job Description:
- Oversee daily restaurant operations, ensuring smooth and efficient service.
- Maintain high standards of food quality, hygiene, and safety in compliance with SFA and company policies.
- Manage inventory levels, place orders, and control costs to minimize wastage.
- Ensure proper opening and closing procedures.
- Lead, train, schedule, and supervise service staff and kitchen team.
- Conduct performance evaluations and provide coaching to improve productivity.
- Handle staff recruitment, onboarding, and rostering.
- Ensure outstanding customer experience and resolve customer issues promptly.
- Handle reservations, special requests, and feedback.
- Monitor daily sales, cash handling, and POS transactions.
- Assist with budgeting, cost control, and monthly reporting.
- Track KPIs and implement strategies to improve revenue and profitability.
- Ensure compliance with all food safety, hygiene, and workplace safety regulations.
- Conduct regular inspections and maintain proper documentation (e.g., cleaning logs, HACCP-related duties).
- Uphold company SOPs and standards.
- Support marketing initiatives, seasonal promotions, and menu updates.
- Collaborate with management to enhance the overall brand presence.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Restaurant Manager or similar role.
- Strong leadership and interpersonal skills.
- Knowledge of Thai restaurant operations, food safety standards, and customer service best practices.
- Ability to perform well under pressure and handle fast-paced environments.
- Proficient in POS systems and administrative tasks.
- Flexibility to work weekends, evenings, and public holidays.
- Diploma or equivalent in Hospitality Management is an advantage.
