We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Restaurant Manager to lead daily operations of a premium bakery and patisserie café. The ideal candidate will have strong operational expertise, exceptional leadership skills, and a passion for delivering outstanding customer service. This role requires someone who can manage front-of-house and back-of-house teams, optimize workflows, and uphold high standards in food quality, hygiene, and guest experience.

Key Responsibilities

Operational Leadership

• Oversee day-to-day restaurant operations, ensuring smooth service flow and adherence to brand standards.
• Manage staff schedules, shift planning, and table allocation to ensure efficient restaurant operations.
• Monitor product display, food quality, and presentation, ensuring consistency across all offerings.
• Implement and maintain hygiene, safety, and sanitation standards in compliance with UAE regulations.

Team Management

• Lead, train, and mentor a team of service staff, baristas, and kitchen personnel.
• Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide coaching to enhance team efficiency.
• Foster a positive work culture and ensure high levels of employee engagement and professionalism.
• Ensure a warm, welcoming, and high-quality experience for all guests.
• Address customer feedback and resolve issues professionally to maintain high satisfaction levels.
• Monitor service standards and continuously look for improvements to enhance guest experience.
• Assist in budgeting, forecasting, and cost control to achieve revenue targets.
• Monitor inventory levels, place orders with suppliers, and manage stock effectively.
• Review daily sales reports, manage petty cash, and support overall financial accuracy.
• Develop strategies to increase footfall, revenue, and customer retention.

Marketing & Menu Support

• Collaborate with the culinary and marketing teams to support new product launches, promotions, and seasonal menus.
• Ensure proper display and merchandising of bakery and patisserie products.
