About Us

Cremorne Street Bakers is a premium progressive wholesale cake and sweet baked goods company based in metro Melbourne, Victoria. We supply Foodservice, FCMG, Independent Grocers, Supermarkets and Retail customers. We have excellent equipment and attitude and enjoy what we do.

This position includes Production Baking and Leadership within our growing company.

Qualifications
  • Have a minimum of 5+ years experience as a Cake Baker/Pastry Chef
  • Be ambitious and career focussed and keen for career advancement
  • Be a confident leader who can maintain standards and guide the team whilst supporting the Head Pastry Chef
  • Be confident with batch baking
  • Be comfortable and experienced within a commercial baking kitchen and with associated equipment
  • Be an organised and efficient chef with an eye for detail
  • Have working knowledge of kitchen hygiene practices and HACCP
  • Hold certification in baking or pastry
  • Must have Australian citizenship or permanent residency
