Pastry Chef De Partie
We have an exceptional opportunity for a creative and passionate Pastry Chef De Partie, to contribute to the Club’s food modernisation journey.
You will have a creative flair coupled with extensive produce knowledge and a passion for the quality and consistency of the food produced. You will be given the opportunity to work within a team of 4 permanent pastry chefs, in a kitchen where all produce is made in-house and your input will be highly valued.
You will be involved in planning and production of desserts, pastries, chocolate work for all our outlets (restaurant, fitness centre cafe, snack bar), member takeaways and functions/events.
The role will involve early morning starts over a 7-day working week.
