Handle customer questions and feedback professionally
Ensure a pleasant and welcoming café experience
3. Cashiering & Order Handling
Operate POS system
Process payments (cash, card, digital)
Issue receipts and manage orders efficiently
Coordinate with kitchen team when needed
4. Café Cleanliness & Hygiene
Maintain cleanliness of coffee bar and seating area
Wash cups, tools, and equipment
Follow food safety and hygiene standards
Clear tables when necessary
5. Equipment Maintenance
Clean and maintain espresso machine, grinder, and tools
Monitor coffee bean stock and freshness
Report equipment issues promptly
6. Stock & Inventory
Refill milk, beans, syrups, cups, and other supplies
Assist in stock count and inventory checks
Inform supervisor when stock is low
7. Team Support
Work closely with kitchen and service team
Assist in opening and closing duties
Support café operations during busy periods
