Junior Restaurant Manager (2IC)

We’re looking for a Junior Restaurant Manager to join our team as the 2IC (Second in Charge), working closely alongside an experienced Restaurant Manager who will mentor you and help you grow into a future business leader!

This role is perfect for someone ready to take the next step in hospitality. Perhaps an Assistant Manager or Shift Leader with experience in high-volume venues and a love for seeing people succeed.

What you’ll be doing:

• Supporting the Restaurant Manager with the day-to-day operations of the venue

• Leading shifts and keeping service running smoothly and efficiently

• Being a visible and supportive presence for the front-of-house team

• Working closely with the kitchen and back-of-house to keep communication strong

• Assisting with staff training, rostering, and team development

• Helping maintain high standards of service, presentation, and guest experience

• Learning the financial and operational side of running a successful restaurant

What we’re looking for:

• Hospitality experience in a manager or supervisory role.

• Someone who enjoys leading from the floor and supporting their team

• Strong communication skills and a calm approach during busy services

• A genuine passion for hospitality and creating great guest experiences

• A desire to learn, grow, and build a long-term career in restaurants
