We’re seeking a strategic, results‑driven Hotel Group Revenue Manager to lead revenue optimisation across a curated portfolio of properties. What Your Days Might Look Like- Develop and implement dynamic pricing strategies utilising revenue management systems
- Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and demand forecasts to inform rate decisions and inventory controls
- Lead revenue meetings with core personnel, providing insights and recommendations
- Manage OTA relationships and ensure optimal channel mix and parity
- Oversee rate loading, restrictions, and promotions across all platforms, including PMS & CRS – RMS, Newbook, SiteMinder, 3rd party sites, iHotelier, Amadeus & Sabre – Global Distribution Systems
- Drive RevPAR and market share
- Manage the allotted room distribution to wholesale trade partners, ensuring that materialisation is achieved
- Assist in the preparation for the annual department contracting
- Collaborate with marketing and sales to align revenue strategies with campaigns and contracted business
- Produce and analyse performance reports using STR, Lighthouse, Room Price Genie for pickup pace, segmentation, and channel contribution – weekly & monthly reports
- Support new property onboarding with revenue setup, compset analysis, rate matrix implementation and system integration
- Meet or exceed budgets – room revenue + total income
- Ensure all properties are aligned with group revenue policies and best practices
- Train and mentor property-level staff on revenue tools and processes
- Minimum 5 years’ experience in hotel revenue management, preferably across multiple properties
- Prior knowledge of revenue and yield management principles
- Strong working knowledge of SiteMinder, STR, Lighthouse, Ideas, Room Price Genie, OTA extranets, RMS (minimum 4 years high‑level knowledge), iHotelier, GDS platforms, and other channel managers
- Analytical mindset with advanced Excel and PowerBi reporting skills
- Strong organisational and multitasking skills
- Commercial acumen with a strategic approach to pricing and distribution
- Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills
- Ability to work independently while collaborating across departments
